Katie Ellenberg is Principal, Head of Investment Operations and Portfolio Administration at Geneva Capital Management. In this role, she oversees all aspects of the firm's operational processes. She joined Geneva in 1997.

George Poorman is the Head of Distribution at Geneva Capital Management. He joined Geneva in 2020. In this role, he leads Geneva’s distribution effort and is responsible for client communications of the Geneva growth equity strategies.

Prior to Geneva, Mr. Poorman worked as National Sales & Client Relations Manager at Wells Capital Management. Mr. Poorman earned his BA degree in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and was a member of Notre Dame’s 1988 National Championship Football Team.
